We'd like to introduce you to our "draft horse," who we fondly call Dolly. 
 
Dolly is a mobile cocktail trailer, ready to travel to wherever you might need her to juice up a party and show your guests a real nice time. She comes equipped with 2 draft lines, coolers for a variety of beverage preferences, and any glassware your heart (and crowd) might fancy. 
 
Dolly rolls with a professional bartender, with stylin' props selected by you to fit in with your party's look and vibe. We are happy to create your own custom cocktails to really make it the perfect reflection of you and perfect fit for your event. She's got her own portable power source, lights to brighten up the darkest nights, and a willingness to travel wherever she's called. 
 
Pricing and packages start at $350, not including alcohol, which must be purchased by you although we are happy to give recommendations and support for ordering. Contact us for a full price breakdown and event options. 

  • Travel Policy

    Travel, mileage, and set up fees are included within 75 miles of Fort Collins, CO. Additional fees apply for events outside of this region and for events requiring an overnight stay. 

  • Alcohol Policy

    Due to Colorado State Liquor Law, we are unable to purchase or transport alcohol for your event - we just get the pleasure of serving it and serving it in style. We have a talented team with years of bartending and mixology experience and are happy to guide you through the design and purchasing process of building your dream bar menu, as well as advising you on obtaining any necessary permits you may need depending on your event's location. Please check with private venues for their alcohol and bar policies. 

  • Glassware Rental Fee

    Disposable Glassware: starting at $0.15/ea

    Crystal/Glass Glassware: starting at $0.60/ea

  • Rental Period

    Standard rental periods are for 4.5 hours, which includes 1 hour of set up, 3 hours of bartending service and a 30 minute clean up/breakdown period, which is included in the listed quote. Additional time may be scheduled for an additional fee.
