What Areas Do You Travel To?

Hitcher Upper is based out of Fort Collins, CO - but we love to feel the wind in our hair and can happily hitch up and hit the road to wherever you may need us!

How Far In Advance Do I Need To Book?

We require a minimum of 3 weeks advance notice for all booking requests.
Events taking place within three weeks of a request may be able to be accommodated with a rush booking fee and, due to the nature of many of our items being unique and limited in quantity, is dependent on product availability.

Do You Require a Deposit?

We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your requested date, rentals and/or experience package.
Payment is due in full 48 hours before the day of your event.

What is Included in the Rental Fee?

Since our items are all custom and unique, our rental terms for each are custom and unique as well!
While most of our rentals are priced for you to come visit us, we are happy to assist with delivery and set up, as staging beautiful events is one of our favorite hobbies.

Are You Able to Supply Liquor?

Unfortunately due to Colorado Liquor Law, we are unable to bring alcohol directly to you. We are happy to help you with ordering, designing custom menus and signature crafted cocktails.
